John N. Rebori, Jr., Broker, Senior Advisor, serves as an industrial, storage, and retail center sales Specialist with Wallace Commercial.

Prior to this, he was an Associate Director for Cushman & Wakefield Cornerstone, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail investment properties in the East Tennessee market.  John is a licensed broker in both Tennessee His experience includes Single Tenant Investment Buildings, Shopping Center Investments, Site Selection, Restaurant and Foodservice Site Selection and Sales, Landlord Representation, Retail Leasing and Sale-Leaseback Investments.

Before joining Cornerstone, John served as a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness / R. M. Moore, LLC, in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was top agent in sales and leasing volume, as well as top leasing agent.  He also served as District Membership Chairman for the East Tennessee Chapter, Knoxville District of CCIM and was a member of the Sperry Van Ness National Single Tenant Triple Net Investment Team.

John has also been involved in the chain restaurant business and held corporate positions with Ruby Tuesday, Inc., Spinnaker's Restaurants, Processed Foods Corporation and Brentwood Foods.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree from The University of Tennessee.  He currently resides in Knoxville.
